1. Agreement

These terms apply to your use of Nexus Audiobook (the "Service"), operated by Aussi-Nexus Group (ABN 76 947 108 181), Queensland, Australia. By using the Service you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

2. The Service

The Service converts text you provide into speech and streams it to you. It may change, be limited or be withdrawn at any time. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

3. Your content and your responsibility

You must have the right to use anything you add (see the Copyright Disclaimer). You must not add content that is unlawful, that infringes someone else's rights, or that you are not allowed to copy or share. You are responsible for how you use the audio you hear.

4. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to break, overload, scrape or reverse engineer the Service, or bypass its limits.
Do not use the web-link feature to access private networks or systems you are not allowed to access.
Do not use the Service to record, redistribute or sell audio generated from content you do not have rights to.
Do not use another person's account.

5. Accounts

Accounts are optional. Keep your password secure. You may ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms.

6. Intellectual property

The Service and its software are owned by Aussi-Nexus Group. We claim no ownership of the content you add. You grant us only the temporary permission needed to process that content and stream the audio back to you.

7. No warranty and limits of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data, arising from your use of it. Speech is generated automatically and may be inaccurate; do not rely on it for medical, legal or safety-critical decisions. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other law that cannot be excluded.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
